Logicor
Logicor, a logistics and distribution company founded in 2012 by the American investment fund Blackstone and currently controlled by the sovereign investment fund China Investment Corporation (CIC), owns 13.6 million square meters of properties and land in 17 European countries. The warehouse spaces are strategically located along Europe’s busiest trade routes and close to its major cities. Cushman & Wakefield manages the Logicor portfolio in Central and Eastern Europe: 47 logistics parks with a total area of 1.7 million square meters, located in Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia. The Romanian portfolio includes four logistic parks: two located near Bucharest, one in Ploiești and one in Timișoara. The total leasable area of the entire portfolio is about 176,000 square meters, thus being one of the largest portfolios on the local logistics market.
