Who are we?

Echinox was founded in 1993 and after 9 years of successful operations, it entered a partnership agreement with the former multinational real estate company DTZ. In November 2002, Echinox became the local DTZ representative office, operating under the trade name of DTZ Echinox. In 2015, DTZ merged globally with Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services company, therefor in 2017 DTZ Echinox was rebranded into Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

For the last 2 and a half years, Stefan has been Commercial Manager of VGP Romania. As Director of Cushman & Wakefield Echinox Industrial Agency, Ștefan Rădeanu will focus on the leasing of logistic and industrial properties, but also on land acquisition and future development for logistic or mixed projects.
